The patina is a white on light white to light grey colors with a little Georgia red clay red mixed in & I do not see a single patina chip

Looks like a Thomas RoundBall to RimFire Vol 4 bullet 244 with a truncated cone (small plug) cavity. You will find this bullet to be in very good dug condition. The patina is a real nice light white to grey color. Notice how the 3 rings are pushed down towards the base of this bullet just like bullet 244. The nose is a gentle rounding to a somewhat blunt nose just like bullet 244.
