Hibiscus syriacus 'Purpureus Variegatus', Variegated Rose of Sharon full sun one-inch pendent flowers with reflexedA large deciduous shrub with ovate to three lobed leaves margined irregularly with creamy white. Set amongst the variegated leaves are black cherry red buds that, interestingly, do not entirely open. It's a late summer bloomer, and like most late bloomers, so worthwhile.
