Born from a flash of inspiration and a bumper crop of Pinot Meunier, Precognition Gin is what happens when a winemakers intuition meets a distillers art. Crafted from grapes grown on Sugrues Mount Harry Grand Cru vineyard in East Sussex and distilled with Silent Pool in the Surrey Hills, its a gin that feels both familiar and entirely new. The nose is pure and elegant juniper forward with wafts of rosemary, jasmine, and
