The dress is constructed with lace over a black taffeta base fabric - I believe that the lace is Chantilly

The fabric has enough density to hold its structure while offering stretch for movement

We managed to find some old looking clothes, complete with little flower print slippers

Here is what I was working with: Unfortunately, the veneer on this one was too far gone along the front and in some areas on top to salvage, so I decided to remove the veneer on this one
