Cask No. 2.111 Spicy & sweet Pinocchio dramCask No. 2. 111 A dram for all seasons Speyside, Spey This very pale whisky starts with aromas of mash, barley, hay and old flowers followed by fresh fruits. Bananas combine with peach and melon in condensed milk. Add a few raisins too. Theres a pleasantly heady sweetness vanilla, honey, (buttery) fudge, milk chocolate and coconut. The taste is spicy (white pepper), sweet (honey, cream, fruit salad) and fresh (sappy, juicy) with a drying finish.
