NV Nicola Gatta – Molenér – Extra Brut – 90 Lune Sauvignon blanc It's a 50/50 blend ofMolenr takes its name from 'Moliner', the old nickname for Nicola's family of millers. It's a 50 50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the biodynamic vineyards of Gussago, made with spontaneous fermentation and no filtration, clarification or added sulphites. After 90 moons on the lees it shows notes of dried fruit and nuts mingled with herbs and spice, with a long, persistent finish.
