Excellent+ restored condition, most likely by Jim Schaaf. All sections are full length. The rod weighs 4 1 2 oz. Payne style grip with down locking hardware and walnut spacer. Shrink wrap has been placed over the grip for protection. Transparent honey colored silk thread wraps with black edging contrast beautifully against the blonde cane. Blued nickel
