Colombia Bella Alejandria Chiroso (Anaerobic Natural) courses-and-events with only the ripest cherriesChiroso is another exotic arabica with a complex, versatile cup profile that behaves like Caturra in the field but is thought to have Ethiopia landrace in its genetics. Ripe cherries are harvested and anaerobically fermented before slow drying, presenting a juicy, floral and fruity coffee with a tangy finish. Please note we only hold a limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two times a week (T&Cs apply)
