Inspired by New World Pilsners, weve taken a pilsner base but dry hopped it like one of our West Coast IPAs, combining two of our original loves. To ease us in to this style weve gone with some funky German hop varieties in Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon, which provide notes of gooseberries, strawberries, honeydew melons and pineapple without overpowering the inherent breadiness
