本款Demi-sec是酒莊源自Garennes，極為限量的特殊版本。透過將添糖量拉高到40 g/L與結實的酸度達到另一種均衡，從原本輕盈的空氣感，轉換為厚實，複雜的風格，酸甜可口，適合搭配鵝肝等圓潤豐富的菜餚。

檸檬精油、白花、杏仁及肉荳蔻的香料風味。集中而成熟，同時兼具明顯的酸度與礦石感骨架。

這款Bâtard Montrachet特級園酒款，葡萄來自一個於1992年重新種植的單一地塊「Clos Poirier」，其位置緊貼著上方的Le Montrachet特級園！平緩的朝東斜坡以石灰岩為基底，加上適量的黏土，與酒莊外放的Meursault村白酒相比，顯得嚴肅內斂。口感平衡、酸度爽脆，收尾節制，是一款低調卻難掩優異品質的高階酒款。
