We picked up the fruit from Macari Vineyards in the North Fork of Long Island during their 2019 harvest and co-fermented the beer and juice from Chardonnay grapes in our brand new Italian wine puncheon for 7 months

We divided the batch into two and re-fermented each half on peak season fruit from either coast
