Antique Shakudo with Pink Tourmaline Earrings of 14k Gold fancy link chain wearable artShakudo is a Japanese mixed metal technique that involved an alloy of copper and gold that was treated to give it a dark black patina. These extraordinary earrings were converted from a pair of antique mixed metal cufflinks (circa 1890 1900). Our jeweler mounted the shakudo pieces in 14k gold and added pink tourmaline surmounts. Each earring measures 1. 55 inches from the top of the ear wire to bottom by 1 inch wide. They are in great condition.
