2020 'Infiniment de 'l'Ou', Château de l’Ou Bin End Sale leaving the impression of redChteau de lOus 2020 Infiniment de lOu Blanc is Roussillon Chardonnay with a mountain cooled edge. Bright citrus, white peach, almond blossom and a touch of toasted hazelnut rise from the glass, with the wines mineral core giving everything a clean, chiselled feel. It is generous enough to charm, but never loose or heavy. On the palate, it is layered and vibrant, with lemon, pear, floral notes and roasted nut richness carried by a saline, stony finish.
