This carry muzzle forward for a fast natural draw. Holster is for a Smith & Wesson 39 or 59 ROUND TRIGGER right draw. Holster interior is smooth leather lined. Holster has a steel shank hanger between the layers of leather with reinforced thumb break and a loop for a belt up to 2 1 4".
