Late Victorian, French leather club armchair. theatre It has a real presenceA late Victorian, deep seated, leather club chair on bun feet, still with the original (and nicely shaped) velour seat. Wonderful patina and aging to the leather, in original condition with horse hair underneath. I've been told it's probably French and circa 1900. Please check the photos for obvious wear and tear. I think a spring has probably become untied on each arm, hence the slight bulge, which doesn't affect the comfort. All very solid. I've
