These come in 3 sizes of inner recess for the O ring to fit in. Dale's not sure why they come in different sizes. It doesn't matter, as you don't really need the front O ring. The pen won't leak without the o ring, so the o ring is unnecessary. **Note: These will not fit Demi size pens.
