Chardonnay 'KC2' 2022, Whitewolfe Estates White This is benchmark Clare ValleyIn Kit's Coty, in the North Downs of Kent, Clare Whitehead and Luke Wolfe are making some of the UK's most serious, sought after wines. They met at winemaking college Plumpton and are both obsessed with Chardonnay, especially when planted on chalk. This is a really serious wine from their nine hectare Whitewolfe vineyard vertical and packed with fresh citrus acid, but with texture, richness and length all joining the party.
