The nose is pure charm, cherry blossom and hibiscus entwined with pomegranate, wild strawberry, and a whisper of pink pepper. On the palate, its luminous and alive: red berry fruit and spice unfolding over a creamy mousse, balanced by crystalline acidity and a trace of minerality. Elegant yet
