Salmagundi Vol. 3 Type_Winter Ale all rounded out with aSalmagundi is our series of blended farmhouse ales; each woven of different threads, never to be approximated again. Volume 3 is, in fact, essentially oaky. This beer is the culmination of three wildly different, but desparately harmonious threads all of which average out to be the most time spent in wood for any of our singular multi threaded blends: Introducing Taiheke (15 months in oak), Oolong (12 months in oak), and Wabi Sabi Vol. 2 (8 months in
