來自面朝南的Bouzy村中的單一葡萄園「Les Maillerettes」，最早種植於1970年，也是酒莊馬撒拉選種時黑皮諾的育種場來源。葡萄園表面黏土深度僅50公分，下方直接接觸白堊土岩層，獲取更多礦物質及養分，完整展現Bouzy村擁有傲人的高品質黑皮諾的證明之作。

知名的Clos de Bèze特級園，最早由Bèze教會擁有，酒莊表示2019為此款的最後一年份。比起相鄰的Chambertin特級園，酒風更加細緻多變，且酒莊劃區多為80歲老藤。全數去梗，經18個月的舊桶中陳釀。黑皮諾本身的果香突出，香料及玫瑰香冉冉出現，極佳的平衡感、綿長的尾韻，陳年實力驚人！

5 g/L，年產僅100多箱。來自Grüner Veltliner的蜂蠟，礦物和胡椒風味，結合來自Riesling的萊姆花，洋甘菊和檸檬凝乳的特色。口感豐富，綿長細緻的香氣表現和優異溫和的酸度，尾韻悠長和諧！
