Fruit is hand picked from the original vines planted on the property in 1991

then handcrafted using traditional methods of open vat fermentation

The wine has a dark ruby red colour and aromas of red cherry and plums. Smooth tannins support a rich and delicious palate. Matured in French oak barrels for 10 months.
