Cask No. 84.29 Heavily peated The sweet woodiness of aCask No. 84. 29 Gardens and candy stores Speyside, Spey The nose gave us various floral, garden impressions (elderflower, heather honey, parma violets, hyacinth), candy store vanilla and chalky sweets combined with the sharpness of rhubarb or gooseberry jam. The palate was sweet and fruity orange and lemon jelly slices, summer creams, rhubarb rock and plums, but with some nice, warm, spicy tingles the rhubarb jam now had definite ginger. The reduced
