Citrus, spice and grains with a touch of clove. Phenolic and spicy backed up with earthy, fruity First Gold and Pilgrim hops from Hukins farm in Kent. Lots of wheat and spelt in the mash with a lovely spice blend, orange peel and Kentish grown hops in the boil.
