Cradle Cabernet Sauvignon vermouth A blend of our oldestOur 2019 Cradle Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark red in colour. This fruit is from the premium cool climate growing region of Hilltops NSW, the nose carries tones of subtle blue fruits. The palate is medium to full bodied with notes of blue fruits, chocolate and varietal herbs. Selected time on French oak rounds out the palate, delivering a complex yet classic finish. This wine is drinking well now but will also cellar well over the next ten years.
