We use the stracciatella technique instead of chocolate chips, we drizzle hot, melted chocolate into ice cold, peanut butter gelato, where it solidifies and fractures on contact. Oh and in true Ulis Gelato fashion, we make our own peanut butter and oat milk from scratch.
