SLOW WEST / O.S.T. 2LP 180g Recorded at D&D StudiosThe 2015 western road film Slow West, about a teenaged boy searching for a lost love in 19th century America, features a yearning score by Jed Kurzel (The Snowtown Murders, The Babadook). The unsettled tone of most of the music emerges from sparse, staccato arrangements that include, sometimes alone and sometimes together, acoustic guitar, plucked strings, hand percussion, and small string ensembles performed by the London Contemporary Orchestra. The
