We source, roast and brew this coffee specifically for an exceptional milk based experience. This 1829 Espresso comes from Mi, a farm in Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil, built around care, traceability and responsibility to the land. Across the estate, coffee grows alongside native forest, spring water and carefully managed processing facilities. Set between
