Scatterlings Green Hop Green Bottle Saison 5.2% (750ml) Triple and Imperial IPA We're getting more this weekA mixed culture saison brewed with Chevallier heritage barley, lots of wheat and freshly picked Endeavour hops from Hukin Hops in Kent. Fermented in an open top fermenter and bottle conditioned with a lower carbonation to emulate cask beer, this beer is a twist on a classic wet hop beer with vibrant yeast expression and saison phenolics. Look for notes of peach ice tea, black pepper, blackcurrant jelly and bread.
