Large Mid Century Modern Raymor Centrepiece Bowl Italian Pottery Wall Plaque Fantoni Era paragon bone china including a small rust spotThis is a mid century modern Italian pottery centrepiece bowl made during the Fantoni era. Ive seen similar vase motifs by Fantoni, but I believe that this one is simply based on Fantoni, not by him, as it is unsigned except for Italy. The piece is made in an oval bowl form that is pointed at either end. The ceramic is fairly thick and the back base is pierced and has a wire that could be used to hang the plaque on a wall.
