Oliver's Prove It (All Night Long) Cider 7.7% (750ml) 375ml then lightly pressed and maturedA multi vintage blend of bittersweet cider apples, wild fermented in old American oak barrels. Ripe, fresh sweet apple character with a barrel influence, originally created to complement the superb apple cider doughnuts created by local baker and cider maker Brett St Clair. The name is a nod to Bruce Springsteen and the hours a baker loses to Proving It. Notes of rich toffee, woody apple with tingles of acidity and robust earthy oak and mature fruit.
