This was fermented for 11 months in three large oak cider casks from Tom Oliver. Two of these casks worked particularly well together, so were blended and dry hopped. They chose Motueka (it is especially good this year) and Celeia, as these hops complement each other very well. Limited to 1 per customer, sorry
