The track, a remake of a tune first released in 1966 by Billy Joe Royal, went to #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It appeared on The Osmonds 1972 album Phase III. The single was, in fact, certified Gold by the RIAA for one million sold in Nov. 1971. It is presented to radio industry executive Mike Randell,
