Golani Unicask Whisky Oak Katzrin Distillery for a minimum of 36Golani distillery Single malt whisky, mashed from 3 malts& local spring & well water. Week long fermentation. Double distilled in short copper pot stills with worm tub condenser. Matured in a single Golani Black cask. Bottled at 46% alc vol 700ml. Non chill filtered. Natural colour from cask alone.
