Somerset Redstreak Size:M25 Raised by a Dr AshmeadAn early bittersweet cider apple. Attractive shiny red apples, medium sized and conical. Fallen fruits quick to deteriorate if not collected promptly. Said to be a very old variety from south east UK, planted extensively in orchards since 1970s. Can make a pleasant single variety cider, but best blended with sharper varieties.
