The three pieces are made of black wool. The ensemble was made in France during the 1970s under the Rive Gauche label. The blouse is trimmed in red and has a five red plastic button front closure. It is made with a simple rounded neckline, no collar, and has padded shoulders with a puff at the top of the sleeve. It is fully lined in black rayon viscose
