Highland, Eastern A fullsome and rather unusual profile that brings to mind pollens, golden syrups, putty, chalk, overripe fruits, grassy olive oil, light medical tinctures and hot steel wool. There's a touch of fermenting hay and a muddy farmyard as well. Some root vegetables baked in anthracite coals. Water offers mashed cactus, dry each, spray polish, canvas and mineral oils.
