蓋裏に乾隆年製款。

全体に抽象的な花文、側面には向かい合う人物の彫刻が施されています。石製のオイルランプは、土器と違い丈夫であったため、貴重品であったようです。

赤味を帯びた土に錫釉を掛け、低温で焼き上げた素朴な焼物で、釉の溜まりやムラ、焼成時の目跡など、量産陶らしい痕跡が随所に残ります。器面に装飾はなく、釉薬の乳白色と土味の対比がそのままこの器の表情をつくっています。
