酒名即為「Fertans的Ploussard」，顧名思義，葡萄全部來自Fertans葡萄園70歲樹藤，主要土壤為灰泥質黏土。80%帶梗釀造，原生酵母啟動發酵前，先低溫浸漬20天以得到柔和的口感，和鮮明的酒色，之後再以不鏽鋼槽培養11個月，裝瓶前不過濾、不澄清。
