Description

釀造：無年份香檳窖陳基酒的混合高達45%~55%，並且橫跨七個年份。此外，為了展現「漢斯山區的白丘」的爽脆酸度與新鮮的水果風味，只在必要的年份允許部分乳酸發酵進行，通常都會中止乳酸發酵，適度的添糖使得酒莊雖以夏多內為主，並且僅進行部分乳酸發酵，再加上混合使用小橡木桶與不銹鋼槽進行基酒的釀造。
