Art Deco Embroidered Cover or Hanging with Egyptian Influenced Design: C1920 France Kashmir probably Vietnam for export toA striking Art Deco table cover or wall hanging, hand embroidered in France in the 1920s. The extraordinary design is heavily influenced by Egyptian design which was inspiring everything at this time, from buildings to clothes and of course, textiles.
