葡萄園「Les Pargues」位於一級園「Montmains」當中一級園「Les Forets」的旁邊。具有左岸稀有的東南向坡，同樣屬於一級園的條件，只是在葡萄根瘤蚜蟲災後重建時尚未栽種完成，所以分級上並未取得一級園的認定。酒莊在此僅持有0

製程：55% 橡木桶、45% 不鏽鋼槽。

釀造：採收後先經過輕柔的壓榨，隨後靜置24~48小時，才依自然重力移置小橡木桶，交由野生酵母進行發酵。培養時，村莊級的新桶比例約20~25%，一級園與頂級園則為30~50%進行為期18~20個月較長期的桶中培養。發酵期間，每週進行2~3次的攪桶，增添香氣，礦物感與複雜度。酒莊生產的紅酒，100%去梗，不過度使用淋汁或踩皮，以免釋出過多的單寧，營造優雅自然的風格。
