Pinot Noir (10 5 clone) was direct pressed to barrels for natural fermentation and on lees for 10 months before being bottled for secondary fermentation. Kisses has a heart of bright and juicy acidity, accentuating its red summer fruits and is cloaked in a soft and alluring savoury complexity.
