釀造：全香檳區最佳RM酒莊，位於漢斯山區最佳特級村Ambonnay，改用有機農法，追求葡萄自然的充分成熟，15%新橡木桶8~10個月，瓶中再3年以上，2~3g/L的低補糖，創造純淨平衡的自然美味。
