2020 Henry of Pelham “Estate” Fumé Sauvignon Blanc lamb sirloin stewed strawberry and raspberryNot your typical classic Sauvignon Blanc! The perfect amount of oak has brought personality, depth and character to this summer wine. Pineapple, kiwi, yellow apple and toasty spice are evident on the nose. The palate exudes freshness, lemon custard, pear, poached yellow apple, and a zing of lime. The back end displays great zesty attributes and minerality, while the finish is long and mouth watering.
