1964 Rolex Explorer 1016 with Tropical Gilt Dial 116400GV The clasp is stamped withCase & Bracelet Excellent case that has previously been polished and shows some wear from use. The smooth stainless bezel is also in excellent condition and shows some wear from use. New brown leather strap. Dial Very good tropical gilt dial with some patina present from age. The Lume on the dial has turned a warm sandy hue and still glow brightly when exposed to UV. The hands are newer tritium replacement units and have also aged to a warm sandy hue.
