The sapphire is set in the floral medallion. The large silver saltwater pearl is capped with a budding flower. I gave the fine silver an antique patina, and buffed up to a high shine. Strung on an 18 inch starling silver snake chain. The pendant has my makers mark and is quality stamped on the bak side. This show stopping pendant
