2019 Singletree Pinot Gris grilled wild rice stuffed red pepper peppercornThis is an intriguing wine with grapes coming from two different vineyard sources. Most of the grapes are from Mt. Lehman but a healthy bunch come from the famous Naramata Bench. The acidity is vibrant and it's a dominant force all the way around. Lots of citrus flavours. There is no sweetness at all, it's bone dry There is a nice salinity on the finale that brings a pleasant finish. 210 cases produced
