Straw green in the glass, this wine presents with a pretty and poised bouquet resplendent with lifted aromas of jasmine, lantana, wet slate, lime cordial, green apple and honeydew melon. Rich flavours of lemon pulp, finger lime and cumquat form a vigorous citrus intensity on the palate which is complemented by a pure, linear acidity. Sea spray combines with a talcy minerality carrying
