來自Savigny村「Les Moutiers」地塊中50歲老藤。採收後完全去梗，以踩淋汁與輕微採皮方式萃取，導入木桶中陳放12至15個月，其中20%為新桶。散發櫻桃、覆盆子香，口感美味多汁，從前味到尾韻的表現皆相當迷人，適合現在開瓶即飲，若待五年後再開瓶，也能享受第三層香氣帶來的愉悅。
