In particular, they aren't Spirits, so every single copy of Clash of Realities gives the Thran Dynamo a separate instance of "When this creature enters the battlefield, it deals 3 damage to target Spirit." Additionally, each copy of Dual Nature has its own trigger which will attempt to put a token copy of Thran Dynamo onto the battlefield, and since all of these are triggering at the same time, we can arrange them on the stack in any order we like
